If you’ve spent time studying and learning Revit at Built Form Design Academy (BFDA), you’ve likely come across Priya Ramani – one of our dedicated educators known for her detailed guidance and her genuine commitment to helping learners progress with confidence.

Priya brings over a decade of industry experience to BFDA, with a Diploma of Building Design and a career spanning residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare design. She has worked across every stage of the design process. Her hands-on experience gives her teaching a practical edge grounded in real word experience.

From Practice to Education

What makes Priya’s teaching so effective is her ability to support learners with clarity and patience. She has spent years cultivating her expertise in Revit, and her sharp eye for detail is especially valuable when it comes to assessment marking and feedback.

At BFDA, Priya plays a key role in shaping and delivering Revit course content. She assists to create step-by-step learning materials, provides constructive and tailored feedback, and helps learners gain confidence with tools that once felt daunting. Her approach is methodical, supportive, and designed to help students truly understand the “how” and “why” behind their work.

Since joining BFDA in 2018, Priya has been a driving force in our Revit education, and in support of this she is also on her way to completing her full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, demonstrating her commitment to continually strengthening her teaching practice.

Beyond her technical skill, Priya brings a fun, bubbly, and slightly cheeky energy to the team. She keeps things positive, energised, and entertaining. Her blend of expertise, humour, and genuine enthusiasm makes her an invaluable part of the BFDA family.
